Terms & Conditions for Purchasing Maldives on a Budget Travel Guides

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Maldives Budget Travel Guides (“Guides”) sold through Maldivesonabudget.net, owned and operated by Irina & Devon Talbert, Just Be Out LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing and downloading our Guides, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Ownership

1.1. The Guides are the property of Just Be Out LLC. All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, design, and layout, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

1.2. Purchasing a Guide does not transfer ownership rights. You are granted a limited license to use the Guides as outlined in Section 3.

2. Purchases and Delivery

2.1. Instant Download: All Guides are provided as digital PDF downloads only. No physical copies will be shipped.

2.2. Final Sale / No Refunds: All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the Guides, once a file is delivered, you receive full access instantly. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2.3. Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to instantly download your Guide(s). It is your responsibility to download and store the file on your personal device.
